Joseph Reidy

Joseph Reidy is a research assistant in the VVC.  Joe works in RoboCore on hybridoma and Bcell repertoire sequencing.  He received his B.S. and M.S. in Biology from the University of West Florida in Pensacola. His graduate research focused on sequencing the transcriptome and mitochondria genome of a local clam species, Donax variabilis. Other projects he has worked on were comparing the microbiome of D. variabilis and the beach microbial community and phage discovery in SEA-PHAGES program.
