Instituting new ways to join and assimilate in the Fall. Spiritual breakthrough stuff...life changing stuff, whole new you and whole new life stuff.....exciting....really....

Thinking through making the welcome center a living room away from home....I get the remote control just in case we get er done.

Already looking at budgets for next year.... Buddy can you spare a dime?

Enjoying the new conference room....it makes me feel all adult and stuff. Stop by and see it if you haven’t. The conference room that is...I don’t think you can see a difference in me yet.

Find myself eager for Wednesday nights and that communal/family/laughing/teasing atmosphere. Come sometime.....but bring a casual attitude.

God is good because He made me say I was sorry at least 10 times last month. He must really like the humility that I’m building :)

Linda Galka’s Tuesday noon study... was a religious experience last week. Really...I was moved and thankful for WELL, HERE WE GO...I OFFER YOU A SCATTERING OF THOUGHTS.. the witnessing that went on. I was so into what was going on I refused a home baked cookie...now friends...that is amazing.

I’m off cookies (mostly) so don’t be afraid to bring Jerky around. I can have lots of it. In case you were wondering, I like all kinds...you know, for when you go shopping next.

I don’t know what decade you are living in...but sometimes I think I live in the 1950’s because I’m as happy as the people on “Leave It To Beaver”. With the space time continuum this is actually possible...though not probable. Different “now slice” from riding my bike all during my youth. (Don’t worry only science nerds will understand).

The coolest thing this month....I was talking to God about some stuff I messed up before...and I swear He said...” I forgot about that.” Once I knew he had forgotten I decided to do the same.

I rejoice that I’m in a good place, in a good church that is in a good place and that all that Good will only get better if all of us decide to share it with people who don’t have as much of it as we do. That is pretty much scriptural. Kinda....well....it is! It just isn’t a quote...more of an interpretive understanding nuanced by my peculiar life journey and informed by extensive study of the qualities of “good” stuff. Come to church sometime this summer and we will study the qualities of good together.
